Architect in the field of design and planning with future management tasks (m/f)

Your tasks

You will be responsible for the design and planning of buildings, including feasibility studies, preliminary projects and implementation plans.
With your flair for interrelationships, you will develop detailed plans and ensure the quality of planning and technical feasibility.
You will coordinate the specialist planners on your own initiative, manage the planning process and analyze cost-effectiveness throughout the course of the project.
As part of a team, you will prepare the building application documents, obtain the building permit and integrate building regulations, standards and cantonal building laws.
You will provide customer-oriented and passionate support to clients and team members and implement the concepts economically and sustainably.

Your profile

As an architect (FH/ETH), you have a proven track record of planning success in the construction and conversion of Swiss buildings.
You work in a structured, creative and solution-oriented manner.
You communicate empathetically and openly with internal and external contacts.
Quality, cost awareness and precise scheduling are a matter of course for you.
You have a sound knowledge of Swiss construction standards and occupational safety.
Very good IT user skills (ArchiCad, MS-OfÏce) round off your profile.
