His/her main areas of activity in construction cost planning include

• Preparation of cost estimates, cost estimates and calculations for construction projects of varying size and complexity
• Preparation of offers in the general and total contractor environment
• Maintenance and further development of cost parameters, databases and calculation bases
• Supporting project management in the structuring and organisation of projects
• Application of modern calculation and planning tools as well as industry standards
• Carrying out post-calculations in collaboration with project and site managers
• Ensuring project-specific cost parameters and quantity calculations in accordance with current norms and standards
• Collaboration on other specialised tasks in the area of cost management and project development

Your profile

• Training in construction (e.g. structural engineering, architecture, construction management or comparable)
• Experience in construction cost planning, costing or project management
• Confident handling of cost parameters, bills of quantities and costing systems
• Good knowledge of the relevant norms and standards in the Swiss construction industry
• Structured, analytical and independent way of working
• Team-orientated personality with a high level of service and quality orientation
