Our client in the canton of Zurich is a successful asset manager in the real estate sector. As a Swiss company, our client has been active in real estate management for several decades. Exemplary compliance with ESG criteria and sustainable construction and renovation are important here. Based on ESG criteria, the focus is on the sustainable renovation and construction of existing properties and new buildings. Sustainability Manager for Real Estate Portfolios 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • You advise on sustainability for direct real estate products.
  • You will be responsible for sustainability reports and represent the company at events.
  • You will manage projects for external benchmarks such as GRESB, UNPRI and GRI and support the ESG manager in strategic projects.
  • You will develop concepts to improve ESG performance and ensure implementation.
  • You manage tenders and projects (internal/external).
  • You will develop the sustainability cockpit and ensure high data quality and efficient data collection.
  • You will work with risk management, implement controlling processes and calculate life cycle costs.

Your profile

  • Your bag of experience is full to bursting with expertise and passion for sustainability as well as sustainability and energy labels.
  • You have experience with reduction measures and are familiar with the regulatory requirements of the real estate industry.
  • You are digitally savvy and have expertise in sustainable construction and work in a customer-oriented, independent and precise manner.
  • You are highly motivated, have business management skills and speak very good German and English.
  • Desirable, but not mandatory: experience in building technology or planning/realization of real estate.
