Foreman in the field of civil engineering for succession planning (m,f)

Your tasks

With your eye for operational excellence, you will independently manage and organise construction sites in civil engineering and represent our customers on the construction site.
Thanks to your in-depth understanding of overarching issues, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly on the construction site and that costs, deadlines, quality and occupational safety are met.
You will provide technical and personnel management for the construction site employees and coordinate all parties involved in the construction (client, site management, suppliers) with a view to ensuring smooth cooperation.
Operationally, you will be responsible for weekly planning, measurement recording and digital reporting.

Your profile

You have several years of experience in civil engineering, road construction or civil engineering; ideally you can prove this with references for public sector projects.
You have completed training as a foreman or supervisor.
A high level of commitment, reliability and team orientation are as natural to you as your entrepreneurial, holistic way of thinking and your leadership and organisational skills.
You are confident in using digital tools for reporting, measuring and surveying.
