Your tasks

• You will be responsible for analyzing potential (existing and consolidation), creating procedural concepts as well as location and market analyses and deriving product definitions.

• You will reliably organize and support feasibility studies with asset management as well as competition and district planning procedures and public relations work.

• You are committed to ensuring development and planning agreements as well as invitations to tender.

• You will analyze the needs of clients, draw up project specifications and define concepts and requirements relating to sustainability.

• You will lead the planning team in a spirit of partnership, manage new construction projects from acquisition to building permit and ensure a coordinated handover to Construction Management.

• You will efficiently plan ongoing liquidity and external costs and prepare loan applications.

• You are responsible for deadlines, costs and quality and optimize the return on construction projects.

Your profile

• You are an architect FH/ETH (m/f/d) or have comparable knowledge of construction planning and have undergone further training in real estate or business management.

• In your several years of experience in the planning and development of projects, you have ideally become familiar with digital planning and construction and built up your network in the Swiss real estate market.

• You are an innovative, analytical and empathetic team player with a flair for numbers.
