He has sound technical training and expertise in the field of civil engineering (master builder, site manager or civil engineer) and has excellent knowledge of Swiss construction standards.
He is characterised by a strong service orientation, communication skills, flexibility and decisiveness.
Entrepreneurial thinking and action are a matter of course for him and characterise his everyday working life.
His working style is characterised by a high level of motivation, efficiency and exemplary behaviour within his team.
He has many years of extensive and demonstrably successful practical experience in civil engineering and road construction.
His core competences include the ability to lead, motivate and develop employees in a targeted manner. This is convincingly reflected in his track record to date.
He is adept at using digital work tools and is proficient in the software solutions commonly used in the industry (including Sorba, MS Office, Microsoft Project).
