Our client, based in central Switzerland, is a family-owned company with a long tradition and is one of the leading full-service providers in the real estate sector. The company impresses with its many years of experience in project development, planning and construction management. It offers its customers all services throughout the entire life cycle of a property - from consulting, development and planning to execution and marketing - all from a single source. Due to strong growth, we are looking for you as:

Construction and project manager with client responsibilities 80 - 100% (m,f)

Your tasks

  • You will lead the project teams professionally and manage challenging new build and renovation projects through all phases of the construction process.
  • As the point of contact for architects, planners and authorities, you will manage the project organization and ensure that deadlines, costs and quality requirements are met.
  • You will carry out partial and final acceptances and oversee the tendering and awarding process as well as factory acceptance tests and final inspections.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing and assessing tenders as well as contractual and construction-related changes.
  • You prepare the construction documentation, check the final invoices and monitor warranty work.

Your profile

  • You have completed your basic construction training (structural draughtsman/carpenter) with further training as a qualified construction manager or qualified structural engineering technician HF/TS. Alternatively, you are an architect (FH) with extensive experience in execution.
  • You are assertive and have demonstrable experience and success in construction or project management in Swiss building construction (conversion/new construction).
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, communicate openly and respectfully and have an excellent command of Swiss construction standards and occupational safety regulations.
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and with a keen awareness of quality and strict adherence to deadlines and costs.
  • Your established network in the construction industry in German-speaking Switzerland, very good IT skills (MS-OfÏce/Messerli) and fluent German round off your profile.
