Your tasks

• With your construction experience, you will advise clients on the selection of suitable contractors and coordinate them.
• You will draw up tender documents and offers, chair the construction meetings and monitor the scheduled progress of construction work on site.
• In consultation with clients and contractors, you are responsible for costs, deadlines and quality.
• You inspect the construction work and coordinate the rectification of any defects.
• You hand over the building with complete documentation and provide follow-up support.

Your profile

• As a structural draughtsman or craftsman, you have supplemented your structural engineering training with further training to become a qualified structural engineering manager or qualified structural engineering technician HF/TS. Alternatively, you are an architect FH.
• You have a proven track record in Swiss building construction (new builds and conversions) and are very familiar with Swiss building standards and occupational safety requirements.
• Your customers are your top priority and you offer them high quality, cost awareness and adherence to deadlines.
• You have a clear view of what is feasible, work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
• You communicate clearly and confidently and think in a networked way.
• Your German is fluent and your IT skills (MS Office, Messerli construction administration) are very good.
