Your tasks

• From the project order to the completed preliminary project, you will develop sites in the canton of Graubünden with passion and negotiating skills.
• With a strong sense of initiative, you will prepare potential analyses, utilization concepts and feasibility studies as well as profitability and return calculations.
• You will independently support local plan revisions, building law procedures and architectural competitions.
• You will select and manage external partners such as planners, architects and engineers.
• Together with the marketing specialist, you will also cooperate with authorities, the parent company as well as TU/GU and construction companies.
• You will maintain your network by working with the stakeholders mentioned and by participating in events and trade fairs.

Your profile

• You have studied architecture (FH/University) or have a comparable qualification in project development or real estate management.
• You have several years of experience in the development of real estate projects (commercial, office, residential) and a proven knowledge of Swiss building standards.
• You have an entrepreneurial and interdisciplinary mindset, recognize the need for innovation and are a strong communicator.
• You meet challenges with strategic vision and have a keen eye for detail in order to guarantee the quality, costs and deadlines of your projects.
• You are adept at using software such as MS-OfÏce or SharePoint and your German is fluent.
