Your tasks

• You formulate and update the portfolio strategy and develop strategies for letting.
• You are responsible for the long-term business plan and prepare the annual budget and annual reports.
• You will continuously analyze the portfolio and ensure that net yields and property market values increase and vacancy rates decrease.
• You will be actively involved in the purchase and sale of properties, manage project developments and be responsible for controlling and risk management for real estate.
• You will present the fund to investors in a sales-oriented manner and manage product marketing.
• You will lead the fund's asset managers and be responsible for the valuation of the portfolio.

Your profile

• You have supplemented your basic commercial or technical/business management training with specialist real estate training (MRICS, Swiss Federal Real Estate Trustee or MAS Real Estate Management).
• You have many years of experience in real estate asset or portfolio management and comprehensive market knowledge, including regulatory developments in the real estate sector.
• You are a strong negotiator and entrepreneurial team player with a natural authority.
• Ideally, you are well connected with investors, real estate management companies, architects, developers and management companies in Switzerland and your German is fluent.
