With around 30 years experience in executive search, Philipp Mathieu assists companies in filling CEO and senior management positions, with a focus on industry and manufacturing, technology, healthcare and consumer goods. Before founding Mathieu & Partner AG, he worked for many years at established executive search firms, where he was responsible for both national and international search mandates. His motto, ‘Personally Committed’, shapes his work: he views executive search as a personal partnership based on a high level of commitment, entrepreneurial thinking and genuine passion. Philipp Mathieu holds a university degree in economic sociology and computer science, as well as a CAS in business management; in addition to his native language, German, he is business-fluent in English, French and Portuguese.
